Laura uses the safest and most effective form of resistance training to-date. Utilizing motorized resistance (instead of weights) and computer controlled software, ARX machines provide the client with efficient and measurable resistance training like no other technology can. This ARX machine is the ONLY ARX in the Indianapolis area and only one of two facilities in the state of Indiana offering its unique style of workout. You'll need much less time in the gym to see all the benefits of strength training: lowered blood pressure and cholesterol, increased energy and stamina, stronger immune systems among many others!

Service 2 Movement Patterns

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain complaint or musculoskeletal injury. It is not intended to diagnose orthopedic problems but rather to demonstrate opportunities for improved movement in individuals. By utilizing the FMS Claudia can determine the proper exercise and mobility programs that are best for each individual client. Thus your risk for injury is decreased, you'll move more efficiently burning more calories, and be able to go about your life without having to adapt due to pain. What would you do if you didn't have to worry about being in pain? Go for that hike? Travel more? Play on the floor with your grandkids?
