Our Story

Claudia and Laura have been personal training for over 13 years. Once the gym they were working for closed their doors, they each ventured out on their own as independent personal trainers. Over the last four years they realized they each had a unique offering for their clients that fit hand in hand. Claudia specializes in helping people move better so that they are pain-free and feeling good (FMS)! Laura specializes in using the latest technology (ARX) which provides safe, effective, and quantified strength training. It is beneficial in building stronger bones, rehabbing tendons and ligaments, improving muscular strength, extending quality of life, and optimizing metabolic and cardiovascular health.

Our mission is to help others feel comfortable and confident in working out. Move well and move often! We take the guesswork out of what you should do in order to get the best results in the right amount of time.

Laura Vanderbeck, CPT/CES

Laura has been training clients for over 13 years and has worked with males and females from the ages of 14-85! She prefers to work with people who are ready to make a lifestyle change, have a good sense of humor, and are willing to learn. She will teach clients all-around health; not just the physical.

Claudia VanArsdall, CPT/FMS

Claudia was born and raised in Germany and moved to the US in 2008. She started in the fitness industry when she was 16 years old. Over the years she has specialized more in the ways of movement. In addition to this she has helped many of her clients with flexibility issues, preparation for artificial joint surgery, and all forms of recovery. She will help you to become a better, happier, healthier person. If you get tired, Claudia will teach you how to recover--not to quit!
